1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Being Assets Library (powered by Being Assets Commerce Academy). By registering, booking a seat, or accessing our premises located near Rama Port, Vyapar Vihar, Bilaspur (C.G.), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our facilities or booking platform.

2. Desk Allocation & Membership Validity

• Seat Specificity: Desks are assigned strictly based on real-time availability or reservation made through our portal. Switching assigned seats without desk operator approval is prohibited.
• Operating Hours: The library operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, including public holidays unless explicitly notified otherwise.
• Non-Transferability: A membership or booked seat is strictly personal to the registered student and cannot be transferred, sublet, or shared with peers.

3. Code of Conduct & Silence Policy

• Zero Noise Tolerance: The main reading hall is a strict quiet study zone. Phone calls, discussions, group conferences, or audible whisperings are strictly prohibited inside the hall.
• Mobile Devices: All mobile phones and electronics must be kept on Silent or Vibrate mode at all times. Phone calls must only be attended in the reception corridor.
• Earphones / Headphones: Audio/video lectures must strictly be accessed through headphones at low sound leakage levels.
• Cleanliness: Outside cooked food is not permitted inside the reading hall. Clean water bottles with leak-proof lids are permitted on desks.

4. Infrastructure & Electricity Usage

• Each cabin desk provides an individual 220V plug point intended for study laptops, tablets, and phones. High-wattage equipment (heaters, irons, etc.) is prohibited.
• Defacing library property, scribbling on wooden desks or acoustic partitions, or damaging chairs will incur disciplinary penalty charges.

5. Safety, CCTV & Belongings

• The entire premise is covered under 24/7 high-definition CCTV video surveillance for scholar safety and asset protection.
• The library management holds no liability for lost or unattended personal belongings, laptops, books, or valuables left behind at desks.

6. Termination & Suspension

Being Assets Library reserves the unconditional right to cancel reservations or terminate access for scholars found violating study decorum, misbehaving with staff/peers, or damaging premises, without refund.
